Buying your dream home is an exciting journey. At Marajc Realty, we made the reservation process simple, secure, and convenient for every buyer. Follow these easy steps to reserve your chosen property through our website.

HOW TO RESERVE

Step #1

Browse Available Properties

Visit the Listings section of our website and explore available projects from our trusted developers.

Step #2

Choose Your Preferred Unit

Once you find a property you like:

1. Click the View Details button.

2. Review the property information carefully.

Our team will assist you in confirming the specific unit, block, and lot number.

Request Sample Computation

If you're interested in the property, you can request a Sample

Computation through the Inquiry Form on the page.

Simply provide:

• Your name

• Contact number

• Email address

• Preferred financing option (Bank / Pag-IBIG)

For OFW clients, the computation can also include remote reservation and

document processing options.

Step #3

Submit Reservation Request

Click the “Reserve Now” button on the listing page.

Fill out the Reservation Form with the following information:

• Full Name

• Contact Number

• Email Address

• Preferred Project / Unit model

• Location preference

• Financing Type (Bank / Pag-IBIG / In-House)

• Message or inquiry

Once submitted, a Marajc Realty Property Specialist will contact you to assist with the next step.

Step #4

Buyer Qualification

Before reserving a unit, our team will conduct a Buyer Qualification to ensure

the property fits your financial capacity.

This includes reviewing:

• Monthly income

• Employment or business status

• Financing eligibility

This step helps make sure your loan approval process will be smooth.


Step #5

Confirmation of Unit Availability

After qualification, our team will coordinate with the developer to confirm the available units.

You will receive the following details:

• Project name

• Block and Lot number

• Total Contract Price

• Reservation fee

• Updated computation

This ensures the unit you want is still available before reservation.

Step #6

Before reservation, buyers may schedule a Site Tripping.

For Local Buyers:

• Visit the project location

• View the model house

• Explore the community and amenities

For OFW Buyers:

• Virtual property presentation

• Video call site tour

• Online consultation with our property specialist

• Have AIF (Attorney In Fact) to visit the site personally.

This allows buyers to confidently proceed with the reservation.

Step #7

Unit Reservation

Once you decide to proceed, you can officially reserve the unit.

Steps include:

• Payment of the Reservation Fee

• Completion of the Buyer Information Form (AIF)

• Submission of initial requirements

For OFW clients, reservation can be done through:

• Online bank transfer

• Digital document signing

• Email submission of requirements

After confirmation, the developer will officially tag the unit under your name.

PAG-IBIG QUALIFICATIONS

* Active member with at least twenty-four (24) months savings

*An active Pag-IBIG member must have made at least one (1) monthly contribution within the last six (6) months.

* Not more than 65 years old at the date of loan application and is not more than seventy (70) years old at the date
of loan maturity

* With legal capacity to acquire and encumber real property

* No Pag-IBIG housing loan foreclosed, cancelled, bought back, or voluntarily surrendered

* If with existing Pag-IBIG Housing account or Short-Term Loan (STL), payments must be updated
